Tovek Tools Exports

Using Tovek Tools exports you can either send retrieved documents to other applications, or you can create final reports that can be used without any more work.

This second kind of exports is written as html file and allows you to use any or all of these parts: table of contents, short document texts, and full document texts. Short document texts are created by taking hilited words of a document and then surrounding them by a specified number characters on each side of the word. Depending on the nature of the actual text, these shortened documents might be much smaller than the original text and so might be an easier way to see why the document was relevant to your query.

InfoRating Export

Documents retrieved by a fulltext query in Tovek Agent can also be classified according to more criteria. This is called InfoRating and such a report can be done directly from Tovek Agent. Set of queries for classifying retrieved documents can be created in Query Editor, in the InfoRating application, or even directly by the user.

Please note that for this kind of report your Tovek Tools licence should include InfoRating as well.
