This is actually a part of Tovek Tools Analyst Pack, but rather special one. Tovek Server

Tovek Server is our fulltext server based on Verity's technology. It can search and index documents and supports features such as document clustering and summarization and simultaneous searching of documents in different languages. Existing collections from other Verity products can be used so the Tovek Server can be easily added to existing environments. Tovek Server is available on most of the platforms supported by Verity.
